Say NO to the brass rain... This design prevents brass from going sideways and stopping up the flow. The two piece design brings the contact point up higher. Super durable and 2 second install.
We had feedback of super fast casefeeders having issues even with V001 of the Brass Vortex. That sent us right back to the design table. How to catch the brass super early?????? stay close to the shell plate.
Also, the variable speed units can stop just as the brass is ready to fall in, the slow start causes the brass to topple over. Had to work towards catching that wall bounce as well.
V005 is the Dillon, Round Funnel, 2 speed and Varable Speed version.

Vortex Dillon Funnel
Just installed the Brass Vortex our 308 WIN set up on a DIllon 1050. We were able to increase processing rate from 1000 to 2000 pieces per hour. The unmodified case feeder could just not keep up with the autodrive. The Vortex Funnel remedied that. We processing 308 WIN sized brass now at over 2K an hour.

Brass Vortex
I didn't actually buy this for the raining brass issue. I bought it for the occasional, but frequent enough to be annoying, upside down piece of brass in my automated Dillon RL1100. I've run a couple thousand rounds since getting the Brass Vortex and so far it's solved the problem. Very happy with the purchase.
