You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

SSI does not provide free shipping on change of mind returns or exchanges. Customers are responsible for all associated mailing fees on returns and exchanges.

Important ITAR Notification
Nothingtoloseconcepts LLC: DBA Shooting Sports Innovations follows all applicable federal laws and regulations, and does not export items defined under the ITAR regulations.

This includes: any firearms, firearm parts, firearm accessories, firearm technology or ammunition. We do not ship outside of the United States, and are unable to ship to non-residents inside the United States.

If your order is found to violate ITAR, your order will be cancelled without notice. This includes orders with foreign billing addresses and US shipping addresses.
